So sorry I'm so behind. I was too busy living to remember to either take a picture a day, or post it, or both! I've missed days 10, 12, 13, 15, and 16. Maybe someday I'll catch up. Until then, here are days 11 and 14. Haven't gotten to today's yet, either. :)

March 3rd - Your Neighborhood

Today's challenge is "Your neighborhood." That presented a little bit of a...problem? I pretty much live in the middle of nowhere. We have neighbors, but our houses are spread apart and we don't really call it a neighborhood. (Or do we? I haven't thought about it much.) I've been gone most of the day, but thankfully remembered to take a picture just in time, as it was starting to get dark outside!

Our driveway, which will always have a special place in my heart. I like the fact that it's not concrete, actually.

And that, my friends, is an attempt to take a picture of my neighborhood, or whatever you care to call it.

March 2nd - Fruit

Today's photo challenge is fruit. And so I give you a picture of...

fruit. A headless pineapple.

I shot this pic right before literally running out the door to go sit in a basement because of tornado warnings in the area.

Turns out, we didn't have a tornado! Yay! Although, the day's not over...:)

March photo a day

Thanks to a friend pinning it on Pinterest, I found out about this month long photo challenge. I'm in need of some creativity stretching and picture taking, so I thought I'd give it a try!

So, if all goes according to plan, I'll hopefully be posting a picture a day for the month of March. (And I may get behind and have to catch up, or something lame like that.)

And, March 1st's challenge was "Up."

Mom's plants have been growing UP. ( That's a good thing.) She's very happy. :)

100th post

Three years to the month and 100 posts! Posting my pictures on here has been really fun, and getting encouraging feedback always inspires me to become more creative and keep taking pictures. Thanks for reading, y'all! I DO appreciate it. :)
